@stickybeak4eva There are quite a few around. Even suburban Melbourne has one.
-
@21cs16311 How does this work you dick? They are introduced?
-
@nomerae people don't care about that. all they care about is "pretty animals are being victemized" castration and adoption is as mean as killing them. They want these horses to live free as if they were kangaroo or wombat.
-
@miamayer1 cool. people vote your comment down. somehow they benifit Australlia and it has never been better. the same with goats. That ecosystem needed horses and camels! silly. don't use facts on a pro-whatever video. we are talking about people who say these horses deserve to be in Australia more than the indigenous people. these are also people who think NZ had carniviours megafauna, and both places have canis lupus.
-
@21cs16311 how do they belong there? they were imported. that is like putting Kangaroos in Africa and saying the belong there
-
is it true the benifit the ecosystem? of course pro brumby people will say yes.
-
@nomerae I mean that they belong here and that they should be wild,
and if theire should be to many then you could domesticate some of them
and not like some want to shoot them all because that's easy.
-
@21cs16311 when u have idiots that wana shoot them cause they can its better to domesticate what can be. i no its not allways feisable and its costly but there are better options then shooting em. I dont no how u an call me an idiot when im atleast standing up for them insead of living with my head in the sand like u. They do have more right to be here then most of us and what exactlydo u mean you people.
-
@nomerae you are such an idiot they belong here more than you people
-
Wasn't it Europeans that bought the horses to Austalia.............YES!!!
these horse ar ferral and damaging our environment so why not domesticate and casterate them instead of shoting them.

We are dealing with similiar problems in the US. Roundups going on all the time. Wild Horses in holding pens for years or sent to slaughter. Horses are beautiful creatures and bring a lot of joy to those who enjoy watching them in the wild. No excuses for any Country that does not protect them.
