There were two models of these, the columbia q had a wooden base and a hood and the columbia qq which had a metal base. I have a columbia qq, it cost about $3 back in 1905 :P

I have one of these. Found it at a garage sale. It was in a box completely disassembled. I put it back together and it worked!
