50ml Soy Sauce (1/5 u.s. cups)
2 tbsp Sugar

Negi - Welsh Onion
Shungiku - Edible Chrysanthemum
Shiitake Mushrooms
Enokitake Mushrooms
Seared Firm Tofu
Ito Konnyaku - Konjac Cut Into Noodle-like Strips
