I admire straight edge lifestyles, but im not going to tell someone who drinks or smokes or maybe even smokes weed or does drugs there wrong for doing them. I just wont partake in the consumption much like our lifestyles dont have to consist of consuming trash.

OMG. How DARE they not want to have kids grow up drinking and doing drugs! I'm straight edge and I know I'm worse off for it, I mean, every parent wants their child to grow up and be hooked on drugs. I mean, when I told my parents that I decided to be straight edge my mom cried and my dad was furious, there was a lot of, "What did I do wrong!" thrown around.

@kxosak You're just as bad as the former. That's like trying to push religion into other peoples faces... The only reason you fuck heads do it is to be "different". It's a fucking scene fad. I don't smoke, don't do drugs, and I don't go out and get trashed every week, but I don't shove it in other people's faces due to my insecurities and being unpopular in school.

Just as much as people admire drinking and drugs, be proud to be edge, I know I am, we will shove it in other's people's faces we don't drink just as much as they shove it in our face that we should.

And by all means, would we reach that salvation by acting in the way prescribed by your Jesus Christ (love each other and so on) or do we have to go all the way and sell our souls to your greedy God? Because if it the later then I think I'd rather skip salvation all together. I like my soul far to much to let go of it for such a cheap price. Indeed I have planned to leave it in my will for a special someone to have after my death instead.

I'm not sure what kind of salvation you are talking about, but given the amount of self-proclaimed Christian jerks, idiots, politicians and murderers there are in the world, perhaps you want to define Christianity a bit closer. Do you mean the Christianity that says "love your next and turn the other cheek" or the one that justifies rape, murder and annihilation?
