What A great song! I always loved Ann Murray's singing , and Snow Bird was always my favorite. It was written by a fellow Prince Edward Islander, Gene McClallan .It always brings backs memories the days of walking to a one room schoolhouse a mile away from our home with my siblings . Spotting them little snow birds and in the spring trying to find the first red breasted robin . Man those were the days!
