Compassion for another human is one thing and the humor he brings is admirable, but if I made people laugh day in and day out, does that mean I don't have to pay taxes. He has been doing this for years and earning substantial amounts. With all that money, he decides to appear homeless and dirty to appeal to our emotions. He has made a career of appearing to be homeless when he is not. It is fraud, and he should be arrested and jailed for income tax evasion.
