People at very high speeds SL65 will catch up Nitious or not it would catch it. SLR has 575 lbft of torque. SL65 is capped at 737 lbft. So soon as tht last gears come into play SL65 is faster. Top speed of SLR is 208. Top speed SL65 delimited is like 215mph. Even a bloody M5 can manage 204 delimited on 500bhp

first thing the slr isnt 616hp its 626 second thing the sl65 isnt 6.5litre its 6 only third and final thing sl65 can never catch an slr eccept if its tuned and as i told u the owner of the car said it has nitrous and ill tell u th acceleration times for stck sl65 and slr.
slr 0-62mph=3.8 seconds sl65 0-62mph=4.2 seconds. slr 0-124 mph=10.6 seconds sl65 0-124mph=13.1 see the diferrence? so as the speed goes up the slr get away from the sl65 by ore distance so no way the sl can win!

haha so funny ! go to mercedes website and read the acceleration times of both machines and u will be amazed how much faster the slr than sl65! and by the way this sl65 has nitrous and the owner of the car said that so dont talk rubbish plz!

ok, i agree to ur point, da acceleration of slr is much more dan sl65...! AND DAT IS WAT CLEARLY HAPPENS IN DA VIDEO...! da slr goes ahead first...! but sl65 catches up...! slr here is 5.4 litre 616 hp...! sl65 is 6.5 litre 612 hp...! And just ask someone really into dis business, den c wat answer he'll give, on wich machine is faster...!

not at all...! i sat in sl65...! n it really is faster dan slr...! dats wat really astonishing about sl65, n its true...! n btw, dey r only 12-15 in UAE, and slr r more dan sl65s in UAE...! u will hardly spot sl65 in UAE
