@blakkorchyd Do you think inositol can help people with OCD? I can take these medicines with collateral effects,vitamins could help me?

@prokopton Yeah, I've heard a lot about the juicing and am really curious about it. With the supplements I actually started feeling a difference in less than a month with mega-dosing the vitamins. As I understand it, it can take 1 to 3 months of heavy supplementation to figure out if it's going to help you. For me personally I'd rather take the building blocks my body needs for life than some patented drug. There's a doc out there called Food Matters that's really interesting along this line.

Joan Mathews Larson's book; Depression Free Naturally offers the nitty-gritty of supplementation for all types of mood and brain chemical disorders. What supplement did they take?
I know the brain, heart, etc., get Messed Up when you get deficient in magnesium so that and B-vitamins and fish oil should do it to have a HEALTHY BRAIN in 6 months or so............It took you years of doing drugs, Insomnia, Poor diet, Stress, alcohol, Caffeine, etc., to MESS YOUR BRAIN UP so taking magnesium, B-100, and Fish oil will FIX IT IF YOU DO IT PRONTO because once your brain is broken it is broken!

p.s. I'm currently using; B6, zinc, B3 niacinamide, vitamin C, B 100's, magnesium, and a multi vitamin daily. It has really helped me so far. I also try to eat OK. I buy decent vitamins online in as high a number count as I can. This way they many last for 3 months at a time and I save on shipping. Feel like I have to pass on the information in hopes it helps just one other person out there. ;D

@blakkorchyd With the nutritional path, the nutrients have to build up in the system. It took about 8 months before I noticed a difference. I used a juicer, best way to flood the body with nutrients--all the vitamins and nutrients go right to the bloodstream.
