Ο Michele Frassati [Μικέλε Φρασάτι], πρώην και ιδρυτικό μέλος του συγκροτήματος, έγραψε τους στίχους αυτού του τραγουδιού ως φόρο τιμής στον εθελοντή πυροσβέστη Sergiu Martinelli [Σέρτζιου Μαρτινέλι] που έπεσε στη μάχη με τις φλόγες στις 25 Αυγούστου 1994 στην κοιλάδα του Felicetu.

I live in Saint Florent, in the north of the island. I love this song. A Filetta are so representative of Corsica and its spirit. The soft and mournful lamentations of this group remind us of the turbulent and oppressive past of the country. Truly beautiful.
