Belgian sculptor Arne Quinze has taken over the Boeldieu bridge in the French northern city of Rouen. Part of the Normandie-Impressionniste Festival, his installation is called 'Camille' in honour of impressionist painter Claude Monet's wife, and was thought as a link between the two banks of the river. Duration: 00:45.
