whoa, so most people here are arguing that alcohol is completely bad, and then their are others arguing that only idiots overconsume and die from it. that is true, but beer is absolutely NOT the greatest invention of all time, i will admit i like a nice drink from time to time but i don't worship the fucking bottle.

our founding fathers grew hemp. the rough draft of the declaration of independence was written on hemp paper. but our federal goverment still views hemp and marijuana as a schudule one drug along side meth and herion. Goverment will weed out all competion that can cause them to not maximize Profits at all costs.

here in california we have the freedom to smoke marijuana legally with our beer. i have to agree marijuana could save the world in terms of using hemp powered vehicles which that alone would end our dependence on foreign oil. but companys like halliburton and arabs that use that money to fund terrosim. Were not at war in the middle east to spread democracy. we are spilling blood in exchange for oil.

i love how they will fight a war against marijuana, then go on to say that beer saved the world.

even though in terms of SAVING, marijuana is a legit medicine that can fight cancer, and is impossible to O.D. on, and doesn't inebriate your nearly as intense as alcohol.

alcohol destroys your liver, drink enough and you can DIE, and i'm not even gonna mention all you "good" drunk drivers...
