i write lefty but my mom didn't know so she got me a right bass lol. so i just switched to righty only took me a week though. but i still write lefty and play drums lefty

i play the beggining on 1st fret then 4th and 6th and it sounds right

he's not out of tune in a sense it is because he plays starting with an open e instead of in the song deacon starts w/ an F to G#, Bb etc.
