  • @wuddymaters Sine wave gives power in Tk-D concept. hand and feet land at the same time. Before that is the sine wave

  • and it shouldn't have even been an exchange side kick, should be a jumping side kick, feet together twin foot takeoff while moving forward a little. not sure of the exact measurement which you're supposed to move forward. if anyone knows, please inform me~

  • they both have fantastic power but, they are dropping to the point where it looks as if they are bouncing into there stances, if you lock into your stances your techniques will carry to power.
