Great licks!

This would be fine as a 2nd or 3rd Tele, but it's too un-Tele-ish for a primary Tele IMO.

Chewy

your playing style reminds me of Ty Tabor!....awesome

Telecasters rock, but this one has a nice rich sound to it! Have a mexican Tele as well, but not with the humbucker in the neck. Upgraded the stock pickups to Fender SCN and they helped the sound. May get me another Mexican Tele and toss a humbucker in it from seeing this vid! Great playing as well!

Groovin' Good tone & recording sound. Your style is just right for a tele. I'm throwin' you 5 stars.

@RosaRose168 It's worth upgrading, your clean signal will be improved.
Distortion wise, you're out of luck with an MG. They make all guitars sound the same -- Buzzy. It's really hard to consider the MG line real amps, or real Marshalls for that matter.

dont until you go tube

um I have a question. Is it worth it to upgrade my stock Squier pickups to GFS pickups? I'm playing through a Marshall MG30dfx. i heard it does not make much of a difference because my amp is just an average solid state amp.
yes what model are the pickups? guitar sounds awesome
