@yacansa I'm jealous that U have been able to follow his first steps in the ACB ;) what U say is exactly the same I've heard several times, this energy saving U know, when he became a world champion, some videos were created for each spanish player, and Calderon's video explained that in every team he had played in Spain he was the player with the biggest vertical, I'd just liked that he had more gatorades in the NBA so that we could see even alleys :P thnx 4 commenting

@carlosserraalco I honestly believe he does not do it in order not to waste energy, because I had the opportunity to watch all of his home games for two years in Alicante at the start of his career and I saw him performing many dunks, even some alley oops. He stopped doing it when he started playing for Tau Vitoria, making layups instead. Maybe some coach advised him not to waste energy, I don't know, but he can definitely get very high.

: ) i like the way he does the layups, what u say is true, alone in FBreaks, or Open alleyoops he can but on traffic i've never seen it, i'm sorry if I defend him a lot haha, I live on the city where he started playing PRO, and he made a big impression on me that's all, and he is my countryman, and such a nice guy, but let him play the way he knows hugs, and I agree u in all, : )

Im sure jose has the legs to dunk, he just doesnt, because hes a lousy dunker. He cant do it in traffic, hed probably lose it.
for now, lets just let him drive and lay it up nicely.
-
Yes, of course if u have the legs but u don't use them is the same as if u don't have'em, wich is what happens to him, so u're right
-
Either way, still, Jose is a lousy dunker.

And furthermore i've seen basketball videos in spanish TV (I'm a Spaniard, just 4 your information), and is impresive because is sayed that his vertical is higher than Victor Claver's, Alex Mumbrú's, Sergi Vidal's(first dunker of this video), Saul Blanco's, Rudy Fernandez's......, so i'd not say that he has not the skill, i'd say that i honestly don't understand why he doesn't do it more, that's almost all, BTW you ought search on youtube the name Sergio LLULL, who is one highfliying spain PG
How's that Italy? That's TAU, his former team, and this is a vid of the Spanish playoffs.

you guys know how hard it is to dunk in a game?
He probably would dunk if he was wide open with noone close to him.
