Thank you for the video. Truth be told, I was initially quite bored by the video at first. I glazed over the first few times I tried to listen to it.

I decided to really listen to it at least once, and some of what he says is actually very profound. I hope to apply this concept to my life as well.

One comment I will have to say is, that Marc Lesser could have been a bit more to the point in his speech. Less is more, as he says, after all.

There are many good values and intentions in this presentation. However, the way it was delivered needs some improvements. I do like the last yoga pose he invented, "I failed!".
