If it is Cisco, the hardware is probably sound. The problem might be the concept. Socialization systems do not mean productivity. If fact they could easily be counter-productive. You lose control of the business process and standardization to gain questionable levels of increased communication and diversity of thought. You might end up spending big $ and getting little to no return. Does the potential gain merit the expenditure? Destination Disney was such a concept.
