This part was just Hollywood talking. Gia's mother would have NEVER allowed her to dress like that, talk like that or brandish her switchblade. Gia would have been picking her teeth up the floor. Philly Mom's don't play. Pure fantasy to keep in line w/ Gia's tough girl image.
