Does the Arduino microcontroller work for this kind of robot? If not, is there a cheaper option to the Axon?

You failed to demonstrate the multiple language interface ...

once you switched the language you should have shown that it does not respond to english commands anymore and vice versa. I do not think you are lying but this way it looks like it just reponds to both languages at the same time.
