To determine if a person has a HPD, just count the number of times he said I and me. If your fingers aren't enough to count them, that's it! you;ve got yourself talking to a freak of nature, Ugh!! Just want to fuckin; kill someone.

Pretty cool!!! Good assessment of a guy with the disorder. Funny, I didn't think of it as HPD in someone I know till I saw this, although it's very obvious in some female I know. (Can't use the word woman, because she's still, like most anyone with this disorder, has a mental age of 5) I call this the "Julie disorder."

im currently changing my major to psychology and this video reminds me of this one asshole friend we used to have. he would allways act like a self sentored asshole. somebody is saying something about something to someone else and he would just butt right the fuck in. He even left this onetime when we were all hanging out a sports bar watching a fight. acting sad in shit. i guess it was cuz no one was talking or paying attention to him durring the fight..... What a pussy

That example was more like Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Think of Blanche from the Golden Girls, Scarlet O'Hare, or Jessica Rabbit for HPD. (Not really sure if I've ever seen a male with HPD.)
