Well, I suppose the 2 anime's are made by the same people, but, what I think he means is, that it's more of a spiritual sequal, since the 2 games were made by the same teams.

This game was yet another disappointing Supergrafx title. The only SGX games worth playing are Ghouls N' Ghosts, Aldynes, and 1941.
