DOOMWATCH: WINTER ANGEL (1999)
Astrophysics lecturer Neil Tannahill receives an enigmatic note from Doctor Spencer Quist, the retired head in charge of the governmental watchdog group known as 'Doomwatch', he soon finds himself drawn into a sinister conspiracy involving Soviet nuclear waste secretly stored at a nuclear facility.

I have been waiting for this pilot to come out as I did some filming on it. I remember it because Philip Stone hit his head on the door frame of his caravan and spent most of the filming we did at George Harrison's Hare Krishna building near Leighton Buzzard in a daze with a bloody head
