  • @todddhel 650

  • i need a new chain for my 2001 gsxr 600 how many links on the chain would you recomend and wut chain

  • @smurfking13 I"m not sure about the suzuki, but a quick google search would give you the answer. I also find it helpful to find a motorcycle forum for the kind of bike you own.

  • so i dremel the chain off , what do i "squish" install it with ? a chainbraeker ?

  • Ask the shop for a chain tool to mushroom the rivits. Not sure what it's technically called. Some tools are a breaker/shroomer combo. Sometimes they are seperate tools.

  • If you don't have an air-wrench don't use a torque wrench!! Use a breaker bar. Also use a 6-point socket rather than a 12-point, as the nut will stand a better chance of being broken free without damaging the nut or socket.

  • @BEEPERHAWK i found a chain breaker and riveter tool for 50 bucks on ebay its the cheapest i found and did both works great and is worth the money since u can use it forever

  • hahaha "with this big ass air gun" - great tutorial, was funny as hell though

  • thats how ya take a nut off, yea , ha ha ha

  • @SuperSneakySteve ya i should have noticed the single exhaust pipe.

  • @dinoballs16 it was great, I graduated the one in phoenix, and now I'm working at a dealer in las vegas nv. I would recomend it. It' pricy though. They help anyone with financing, even my horrable credit. just be prepared to pay when u get out. about $150 a month. not horrable. shoot me ur email if u wanna talk more.

  • @dinoballs16 Think leverage. Use a breaker bar (not a torque wrench) with a 6-point socket. One trick it to extend the leverage of the breaker bar by slipping a hollow 3 or 4 foot section of chain-link fence post over the bar to make a longer leverage bar. The front sprockets often have some type of Loctite or threadlocker that can be weakened with a heat. Try a heat-gun (not a hair-dryer) over the sprocket before loosening.

  • @phxsmallfry hows MMI treatin ya. im thinkin about goin in orlando.

  • @thumbwave any advice besides body building? ive been using a torque wrench and i cant get the front sprocket nut off for shit. ive about broke my damn back tuggin and pushin on that shit.
