  • A sad day for soul music Levi Stubbs of the Four Tops sadly passed away, born June 6 1936 passed on October 17 2008 age 72 R.I.P a true soulman who gave generations of people a soundtrack of music in their life's that they grew up with to cherish and remember forever. Now at peace and singing with the angels after a long series of illnesses.

  • Wakefield Unity Hall brings back memories,a true soul legend R.I.P Levi

  • brilliant song one of there best ones ...

  • fine tune,true lyrics

  • This was one of the earliest songs led by that other golden voice in the Four Tops - the late LAWRENCE PAYTON (check out "Feel Free" from Catfish as well) who would later do the arrangements for the group. By the way, did you know Renaldo "Obie" Benson from the Tops wrote "What's Goin' On"?

  • These songs weren't hidden gems in the sixties, when you saved for a couple of weeks and spent your pocket money on a 45 both sides got played over and over again! (B side of 'Reach Out' in the UK)
