    Are we really so far gone that our big health and wellness revelation is...EXERCISE = GOOD?

    Well, DUH!...lol

    Great video, and I hope it gets in the hands of those who are on the modern fad fitness treadmill to nowhere. Yes, most folks are looking for just the right pill, potion, exotic herb or magic that will transform their fat, elephantine physiques and rotten health.

    NOPE!

    Eat clean and exercise...simple as that!

    I'm sorry to hear about all your health problems. maybe you could just work out how to do 5 lots of 4 mins spread over your 24 hrs and then see if you can increase it? or even just start with one lot of 4 mins and go from there?? good luck and may God bless you and heal you.
