  • 神马情况?

  • 1/2 hour walking a day? come on, we all can do much better than that. myself and people i know spend many hours a week climbing, running, cross training, swimming, going to fitness classes and doing yoga... a typical day doesnt have to be couch surfing and sitting down.

  • Very nicely done, the illustrations pair so well with all the helpful information.

  • Very educational and informative. I love the cartoon drawings.

  • @lovetolaughalot2 Not just America its all of this stupid world -.-

  • This video makes me want to do 2 things:

    1) Walk or run 30 minutes a day and...

    2) Find a white board to write and draw on!

    So cool :)

  • Love the art work. Exercise can be dangerous in the short run (pun intended). Kenneth Cooper's Aerobics series of books has been out since the early 1970's. He has a nice scoring system that equates bicycling/swimming/running. Now go get your 30 points this week.

  • Very interesting video! Incredible artist! Video makes so much sense, why is it so hard for America to do this?

  • Great video! I can't believe it only has 2 million views! Surely as the benefits of exercise are so huge more people would watch this! It is also true that exercise receives so much less attention than other risk factors. This is probable due to drug companies massive investment in this market and the public in general looking for a quick fix!

  • Where does he find all this white board?
