I used to live in Hastings and had great times on the pier. Very sad to see this.

I used to live in Hastings, Hastings Pier was one of my favorite places and i had no idea about the fire :( Didn't they fix it?

My dad is a police cusdidy sergent in hastings, and he say's it isn't half bad as other towns. It's because half the children being brought up these day's just cant keep there mouth shut, Like when I was walking my dog, minding my own buisness. and then these little children (about 8-9 years old) started swearing and shouting at me, That isn't right. is it? If the adult's/parents would raise there children with more respect then they may get more respect out of there children,

Only just heard the news. - I moved away 3 years ago after living in Hastings for 20 years. - I've never forget the pier though. - Dreadful stuff. - If it didn't sound so brutal, I'd wish the firestarters would get set on fire themselves.
