I used to play so much CTR back in the day. In my eyes it's still the best fun racer there is, the main reason for me being the turbo system. It just feels so much more visceral and powerful. Getting boosts from long drops, seeing the fire coming out of the exhaust pipes, hearing the explosion every time you hit L1 and chaining the turbo turn after turn is so incredibly satisfying. Mario Kart's turbos never felt that great, except for maybe DS.

so when you buy CTR on psn you can just start playing when its dine downloading?

You download it, you install it, you play it.

I fail to see why it makes us install them, when the 360 doesn't and when Steam on the P.C doesnt either, it does it whilst downloading, but with the PS3 they seem to like being odd for the sake of being odd.

Honestly, this game is far better than Mario Kart 64. What was dumb about MK64 was the fact that when you boost far ahead of the enemy, they magically pop up right behind you two seconds later EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's terrible programming. I much preferred the other MK's like Super and Double Dash. Oh, and did I say CTR is great?

if you're going to rip of a game, you better make the game good , naughty did not only copy a game, they embarrassed the shit out of nintendo and should have taken over with ctr!! crash team racing is the best kart racing ps1 game ever!! i play it alot on my ps3, <3 ps3 oh and crash 2 and 3 :D

this game beats Mario kart64 brutaly; y?, becuase mario kart's tracks feel so plain, long, and racing is all at one pace, nothing is fast-passed and interesting, thumbs up to CTR', best racing game out!
