Falcon Nest in Lisbon

This nesting lies in Prior Velho (Lisbon-Portugal), in a high third floor, next to the IC17, on the riverside of Sacavém. Near the building there's i hip with selvage vegetation where these animals go hunt for food.
I apologise for the quality, but i do not have better tools, and the direct sun does not help.
In previous cases that I read at least on 3 of them also created the Peneireiros in pots with soil, but I do not recall any of them have a plan, as in our case.
