You need to own a source game such as HL2, Counter-Strike Source, or Half Life 2: ep 1 or 2.

This has better grahpics than ESF but is shit gameplay, the new ESF that will come out soon will be much much better

He was looking for crew members for the first year it went dead, now they are working on new stuff.
