@desmosedicimeccanica You simply use the included helmet mount (flat mount) and the included adhesive. You can purchase additional mount to have one on each one of your helmets.

VholdR just released a firmware upgrade which enables you to configure the Video and Lighting settings on your ContourHD camera using the Configure Menu in the latest version of VholdRs Easy Edit™ Software.
With this firmware, you will be able to adjust the Video Bit Rate and Microphone Sensitivity as well as the Contrast, Exposure, Sharpness, and Metering.
