If she wants brand names as a major part of her books then she can plus it's teaching a message too, besides she's not making anyone read her books and she's not suggesting any thing concerning. It's funny because the people interviewing her are over analyzing this book to the max. being a long time fan of the series, i never once felt the need to have all of the things that they had, i actually learned a lot about myself and how not to act. They aren't even the target audience so their opinion is irrelevant...

strangely i'm a guy and i enjoy these books i turned it into my survival guide in school in truthe all of us have felt like claire at one point or another trying to fit in among other things

this isn't just for tween girls, i enjoy these books so muchh <3 i dont wanna be those girls...but its not that "OMG I WANNA BE THAT" it more like "I enjoy reading them..."
