One of the best ways to dramatically lower the crime rate in Chicago is to improve the elementary schools. One of the best ways to improve the elementary schools is to improve the home life of the students. Now that requires the Chicago Public Schools to institute mandatory parenting classes for all CPS parents and students.

Some people don't give a F-ck! They don't care about education, getting a career, or helping others. They don't care what society thinks of them. They just want to get high, rob, sell drugs and rep the streets! It's sad but that's just the way some people are. They don't want help or advice. We still must try but some people don't want to change!
