  • thank you but how can i do it by using lamb or beef

  • @modarab60 do a search for a bbq beef ribs recipe or just put on some rub and cook at about 225 for 2 or 3 hours and baste them every 20 minutes or so to make sure they don't dry out. I haven't done many beef ribs.

  • what ribs is this , lamb , pork , beet

  • What is the best wood for a good smokey flavor on ribs? right now I use jack daniels chips

  • tbursee no I don't think I did. I leave them meat side up and spray a mix with an apple juice base on the top while they cook.
