  • Who is harp player?

  • @katsuyukisakata

Though the record at this time was given in detail, there was no mention about the harp.

  • I actually prefer this version!!

  • Absolutely brilliantly done - didn't even know he sang!! A really great version - easily on a par with Dean's!!!

  • HIM AND DEAN COULD BE DISTANT COUSINS THEY LOOK SO MUCH ALIKE!

  • I used to sing this whenever I got liquored on Country Roads Apple Wine. 5 bottles for 15 bux. You couldn't get more shitfaced on homemade hootch and for some reason it always had me bawling like a baby and belting out this tune. LOL Funny thing was I could sing it pretty damn well.

  • @Tsukikage726 Harp? You Mean Harmonica? In that case, my money would be on its being Charlie McCoy

  • @35felton listen to the farms version its the best

  • I wouldn't say this is the best version, but it's no worse than Dean Martin's recording. I bought both versions anyway!

  • Grew up watching & listening to him. He was one cool dude.

  • @tabernavudu Right, but Mitchum is still my favorite actor of all time. Bad singing can't change that.

  • @MrRazorblade999 As Mitchum puts it: "There just isn't any pleasing some people. The trick is to stop trying."

  • It's been my hangover song for nearly a year and it hasn't rusted one bit.

  • @scouser19a For sure!
