Are you mad??

Considering we were told "no photography" (Sept 2011), I particularly can appreciate this tourist video. Thanks for posting.

@gimwun why not taking a ryanair ticket to Rome and discover what is the meaning of art and architecture..:)

Always felt St Paul's to be one of Britain's more mediocre cathedrals. If you want to see a truly stunning British Cathedral go visit Durham Cathedral. Take a 3 hour train journey up north on the east coast main line and you'll see a truly beautiful cathedral. IMO one of the most stunningly inspiring buldings in the world. Durham Cathedral makes St Paul's look very ordinary indeed!

@wakeuptoday7 With respect that's a silly comment. It's renaissance in design as are many buildings across Europe. Do you expect every building to be completely different from any other? And to use the word 'mere' when describing St Paul's is ludicrous.

I loved this place when I visited back in 2001, It was like you could feel God, as soon as you walked inside.
I missed going to St. Paul's on my visit :( now I'm hitting myself for it. However I did manage to sit on a 13th century bench and listen to an organ recital in Westminster Abbey, which was awesome.
The Churches and Cathedrals of Great Britain are so gorgeous, I wish our cathedrals/churches in Canada we modelled more on these masterpieces.
