but I get so agitated when people that know nothing about anything try to lock lil niggas up for life cuz they done something bad once in their childhood. if you care bout them kids like you claim you do you should have atleast some sympathy towards them for a second chance

These kids to do not need to go to prison for life. States are raping tax payers to keep these people in jail until they die, building new jails and whatnot.

Well we can respectfully agree to disagree. The young man who was an accomplish to John Allan Muhammad, Lee Boy Malvo has much time to think of what he has done with his life sentence. I believe if Malvo killed your love one (even with the disturbed influence of Muhammad) I don't know if U would feel the same way on him deserving a second chance! The kids who burned that boy in Florida hey I pray they learn the error of their ways. But if U kill sorry I can't say I would have much pity!

Okay sweetheart, I just wanted to make sure I understood you correctly. But unfortunately, my cousin's life, 15 at the time, was cut short by his neighbor, another kid. Dude served a little time (not quite enough) and is now a criminal attorney in Birmingham. Now, this is admittedly a rare sequence and turn out, but it still stands as evidence that people, especially kids, deserve a second chance. I pray you DO experience something to alter your outlook, Ediva. Ephesians 4:32

I am sorry but if U murder someone as a kid I have no pity for you nor your F'd parents who either didn't teach that kid right from wrong or just was too busy in their own world to know what their kids where doing.

You couldn't be more right! I completely agree. I mean, where is the logic in punishing a child as an adult when the child doesn't have the thinking capacity of an adult? And then claim to "care for the kids"?!! Kids don't have the perception of an adult because they haven't experienced life to that degree yet. Kids may know wrong from right, but sometimes they don't know or understand to the fullest extent how wrong their actions may be because they've yet to experience the outcome of such.

Okay, let me make sure I understand your philosophy accurately. Everyone should receive equal punishment for crimes committed, regardless of age, right? So, if a young child was to kick you with all of her strength, you, an adult, are going to kick her, a child, with all of your strength, right? If that's how you get down, then why even bother teaching a child right from wrong? Why not just commence to stomping their asses for every little mistake or disobedient behavior right out the womb?
