@PhysiquesOfGreatness - it has nothing to do with "modern school" or "old school" its all about training in a long run. In bodybuilding we have too much marathon runners running the first 15 km in a tempo of a 800 m run. Just to be for a certain period STARS, to be in the first ranges! BUT...after 15 km they either abadon, or finish in the hospital with a BIG BICEPS. I prefer to be on the healthy side of the life, if you call it OLD SCHOOL, the better for me :) :) :)

I advise you to see this years photos of SCHWARZENEGGER and also FLEX WHEELER. You will be understanding all how a top world bodybuilder is looking when he must stop his "nutrition". Watch them and take exemple what NOT TO DO....

The labo exams prooved that yes. This vascular huge biceps can never be obatined genetically, who believes this is NAIVE! It needs much more but it is HIS problem, we shall see when he will be 55 what the results will be, I wish him good health....but am really sorry for him!
