Im 10 and I go 7.2 on 60m. Im seriously fast at this age

ppl keep saying how young they are and how fast they run. When this guy was your age he probably was running 7 low. A second means the difference from running an 8 and a seven. That's major in this race. A 7 makes you a national contender and an 8 means you should think of running a different race
