those are not free hugs. "free hugs" people , like those in many other free hugs videos on youtube, give truly free hugs. They do it from their hearts. The girls in this video probably are being paid by the channel to give their "free" hugs.

however, i've had that same problem before. simple solution- ride it out. we can't help listening to something played every 5mins.
