VR Missions are only included in the substance versions of MGS2. (Which you can easily get if you buy the HD collection)

how raiden was on the tanker? I thought that snake is the one that was on it.

@greywarden0 I actually thought it was the plant at first because it was Raiden, around the area where you find the bomb disposal expert (forgot his name), but then I realized it actually was the tanker mid sentence. Substance VR Missions.
