I was at this set. What a wonderful time. I don't know why he hasn't been there the last few years...Irishfest keeps giving me different reasons. I'm going to start campaigning for 2009 in ten days when I get back from Milwaukee this year.

Liam Clancy does this soliloquy fine..but it was his brother Tom (now gone) with his baritone voice who did it best as the leadup to the song!

I live 20 minutes sw of Milwaukee. My wife and I volunteer at the fest every year. There are alot of fun things to do in Milwaukee and Irish Fest IMO is in the top 3.
