@KiyoshiKing The Reason I don't think it's Obito because if you remember, i think on shuppuden episode 248-249 it's was Tobi who attacked Minato and took control of the nine tail fox. On that episode you can notice that Kakashi was a young teen. which come in mind if Kakashi Sensi is a teen then Obito must have been dead or he can't be a grown man. I also can why you said Tobi is Zetsu; on episode 248-249 when the 4th hokage successful attack Tobi a zetsu thing came out from his sleevs.

@MegamanXXX1000 New Manga kinda confirms that Tobi isn't Madara's Brother,since Madara himself said he died and he took his eyes...But the 1st Hokage? An Uzamaki? Why them never heard that and would be interested,i'm not trolling =].

Also! Another theory is that it's Sasuke's father but I dunno,speculations are fun xD I kinda think it would be interesting if it was Zetsu/Zetsu clone that found Obito's body but that's still pretty unlikely xD

Obito and Madara is Not Tobi; it's already is solve. Move on people, its either Madara's Brother, The First Hokage, Unknown Uzamaki Clan, or someone we know very close but didn't realize it. I bet when we find out who is Tobi, it will hit us right on the Face.
