  • Yes, typically something like 30 seconds on and 40 off, progressing to 40 on and 30 off for anywhere from 15 to 45 rounds.

    There are complete workouts, including printable workout .PDFs at the CalRopes site under videos-->complete rope workouts. Enjoy!

    We use Gymboss timers, which are also available on our site.
