From New York's local news channel WNYW, a news item in December 1999 reporting that Jay-Z had turned himself in to police in connection with allegations he stabbed a man in the Kit Kat Klub.

Inmates get stabbed in prison multiple times and live every day. Someone I know stabbed someone 7 times and they lived. Another victim in town got 17 and lived to snitch. If its just you're time it's just your time
