Lake District 2011 (Precy & Dec )

My husband and I went to our favourite place in England, the Lakes District in Cumbria.To celebrate our 24th Wedding Anniversary. We had a wonderful time. It was a beautiful place to relax and the scenery is breathtaking!! During this trip we visited Keswick (Derwentwater) Braithwaite (WhinlatterForest) Thirlmere and Windermere.

i forgot to mention. just outside keswick there is a little village called thornthwaite. There is a little art gallery there where you can have coffee and a slice of homemade cake, and look at lots of local artwork by local artists there. its very nice
