Hi Sadie, I was just wondering if possible my Ab muscle could be keeping me from stretching my back? That's what it feels like i have never felt a stretch in my back. I can't get close to touching my toes from a standing position. Thanks in advance :)

Hi Sadie. Thank you so much for this. I'm so inflexible, I really need this. I also had a question; when doing the resistance stretch @4:55, to hold myself up straight the lower back is tense and stiff, and it doesn't feel like i'm getting much stretch there, does it mean I should back off and that I'm really not ready yet? Thanks Sadie, I hope you keep doing more of these videos, you seem so happy doing yoga, it cheers me up the minute I see your smile :)

Sadie. Thank you for this one. I have never been this deep in a stretch. A wonderful approach taught by a caring and thoughtful teacher. Keep up the great work.

Hey Sadie I have a question. You have a fat-burning workout as well. will it have the same effect as going to a gym and burning fat?
Thanks for generously sharing all these tips!!!

Glad you like them...You can do these stretches for longer, and really make a huge difference. Aim for 1-minute holds on each side, and Happy Stretching!
