They opened their '66 U.S. tour at the Manning Bowl in Lynn Massachusetts just north of Boston on June 24. it was a true "happening" as the place was sold out with thousands of fans pushing to gain access into the 1930's era football stadium. Dark skies threatened an early summer downpour which duly happened as the Stones finished their last song & they were whisked out & off to nearby Logan International Airport. Aftermath was the heart of their set list. Brian even had his electric dulcimer!
