maybe nothing...if it continues to make the same nosi when the car is warm(oil) then you have to check the valves or the flange...Probably that noise is eliminated when the oil comes on the upper part of the engine...

@GrigioAeghio I've been told that since the 8v has solid tappets, it might need to have the clearence checked, but i've had the exhaust done and it seems to have removed most of the harsh noise inside.
