SoCal Tactical Shooters Train with 22LR rifles in Monthly Precision Rimfire Match. Anschutz, Ruger, Marlin, Sako, and Savage Rifles. Rimfire rifles duplicate (at close distances) the wind drift of centerfire rounds at much longer range, so these guns are good for low-cost cross-training

  • @Arwrologist Believe me, I'm an NRA RSO and working on becoming an Air Force RSO along with getting my NRA instructor certifications (not too bad for a 22 Year Old... haha), I would love to get involved with the Appleseed program. My only issue is being stationed in Central Alaska all the events up there are about 400-500 miles away from me. Right now I'm coordinating with some of the Southern Alaska instructors about getting an Appleseed in Fairbanks and possible a trainer camp in the future.

  • @rustycj7 Watch this video. "Appleseed Project" and "Project Appleseed" There are many others too. To be an Instructor in the Appleseed Project (501c3 non-profit org.) we must go through more than 120 hours of training, but before you can even begin this training, you must first score Expert on the AQT (Army Qualification Test). We also must teach at many events & re-qualify at full distance of 500m using centerfire rifle. You must be dedicated.

  • @Arwrologist Sad thing is there's WAY WAY worse ones floating around on here

  • One of the most Un-safe events I have seen,
