  • Yeah mate, you're right. This was mainly for cardio with no combat training. Things have changed a lot since. I'll post someting new soon.

  • Only 10 mins total? Seems low, I do 5, 5min rounds daily, at fight intensity, with transitions.

  • Your positions are weak. You have no base. Knee across belly should be ACROSS the bag, not along the bag. No matter what, always position before ground and pound. But it has been a year and a half since the video, so I hope you worked on that.
